Website Redesign for a Corporate Video Production Company

Summary

The goal of the KinoVideo.hu website redesign was to create a professional, visually compelling, and conversion-optimized online presence that reflects the company’s creative strength and reliability. The project began with rethinking an outdated and fragmented website structure that failed to represent the brand effectively. The new site was built with a UX-first approach, backed by in-depth market research and clearly defined buyer personas. We implemented a goal-driven funnel structure on WordPress, fully equipped with analytics for performance tracking. The result: Within the first two months after launch, the number of quote requests increased tenfold.

Challenges to Overcome

Solution

We designed and developed a fully conversion-focused new website from the ground up. The process began with the creation of detailed buyer personas and ghost quote requests to better understand user needs. This was followed by a UX design phase in Figma, ensuring a clear and intuitive structure for content placement. The site was implemented as a responsive WordPress build, supported by a clean content hierarchy and optimized for both performance and mobile use. The project was completed with the integration of a comprehensive analytics system for ongoing tracking and optimization.

Research

At the start of the project, we conducted thorough competitor research and buyer persona development to lay the strategic foundation. We requested ghost quotes from competing providers using various fictional roles to gain insight into pricing, communication style, and positioning. Based on these insights, we defined the website’s content structure, tone of voice, and unique positioning.

Results

The redesigned website delivered immediate and measurable impact: In the first two months alone, the company received over ten quote requests – compared to the previous average of just 1–2 per month.
