Summary

During this project, we completely reimagined the digital presence of Printer Service Kft. Based on thorough research into the target audience and competitors, we built a website that is not only visually modern, but also operates on sound marketing logic. The new system is specifically designed to support paid advertising campaigns, enhance the user experience, and streamline the quote request process. The result: a fast, clean, conversion-optimized website that delivers measurable business results.

Problems to Solve

Solution

The project began with thorough preparation: through personal meetings, on-site visits, and targeted interviews, we gained a deep understanding of Printer Service’s operations and goals. This was followed by mapping the behavior of competitors and the target audience, based on which we developed a positioning and content strategy. From start to finish, the guiding principle for the new website was strategic system building. All content was written in the language of the target audience, based on structured questionnaires. In the visual and structural design, we prioritized clarity, fast navigation, and business credibility. Strategic groundwork included:

Key research areas in the project:

Dynamic Content

Across multiple sections of the website, we implemented a dynamic content structure to ensure that future updates can be carried out quickly and error-free. Recurring or frequently changing elements — such as employee profiles, service packages, or partner logos — are all managed via a centralized content database. This means:

Post-Quote Sales Process

A high-converting website is just the first step — the real value lies in what happens after a quote is sent. Based on our target audience research and buyer persona analysis, we redefined the post-quote sales logic to avoid losing warm leads and to support them on the path to decision. Key elements of the updated sales process:

Landing Page Optimization

After launching the new website, we initiated paid advertising campaigns — and simultaneously began testing the landing page using real user data. Our adjustments are not based on assumptions, but on measurable feedback and behavioral patterns.
Key elements of the testing process:
